Involved in education in Granite School District for 35 years. Taught U.S. History on the Junior High School level for 13 years. Then became assistant principal for Wasatch Junior Hight School for 3 years, then assistant principal for Olympus High School for 6 years, assistant principal at Granger High School for 3 years, Principal at West Lake Junior High School for 6 years and finally Principal of Granger High School for 6 years. I retired in 2010. Since I retired I have volunteered my time with Sandy Police Department, became Executive Director of the Utah Retired School Employees Association, i serve on the Executive Board of the Utah AARP, and on the Executive Council of the Salt Lake Council for Aging Services. I love to read, garden and travel.
