Dennis Day Jensen, the son of Naomi Jensen Williams and the late Norman Jensen, died form injuries sustained in a work related accident.

He is survived by his daughters, Jeni (Alan Earl), Katie, and Molly; as well as his adored companion, Susan Cushing.

Dennis was a unique and wonderful person. He loved cycling, fishing, hunting, skiing and his favorite peanut butter and honey sandwiches. He loved his favorite places to do these things--Moab, the High Uintas and Red Rock. Dennis loved life, God, nature, the outdoors, and philosophy. He loved participating in sports with others, especially basketball and cycling. He was an artist, teacher, son, father, brother, husband and friend. Dennis truly loved the men and women in his life. In the course of his days he touched and influenced hundreds of lives with his unconditional love. Dennis was possessed of that rare ability to light up any room with his smile. No one who loved him will ever forget that smile.

We will all miss him deeply.

Dennis is also survived by the many who knew and loved him. These include: former wife, Karen Wood; mother; stepfather, Ross Williams; brothers and sisters, Jeneal Jensen and Don Swartz; Dale and Robin Jensen; Donald and Eileen Jensen; Janet and Richard Thorpe; Keith and Shelley Jensen; and all of Susan's sons, daughters and family.
