Mary Penny Barrett passed away March, 9, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She died from complications due to emphysema.
She was born February, 24, 1950 to William and Helen Barrett. She graduated from Olympus High School and attended the University of Utah. For years Penny worked at the Utah State Department of Work Force Services.
Penny was a good teach of life and a loving mother and friend. She loved to read and spend time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents and young grandson, Cole. Surviving family are two sons, Lucus (Laura) and Jacob (Kristin) and daughter Cori (Rob), brothers William (Julie) and Michael (Stephanie) and 10 grandchildren. Special thanks to Penny's good friends Diane and Ginny.
Private family service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2013.
